I was given helpful advice following fractures of 3 vertebrae. I hadn't know the appt was for advice only i.e not treatment and hadn't been advised to attend by a doctor i.e I would have liked to have had the service recommend to me.

So far we have no complaints regarding my treatment. I have not had any complaint with appointments offered my when phoned in. Nurses and doctors have always listened to me when I have been in trouble.
